USA BMX and Woodward Extend Partnership Offering Campers a 12-Week BMX Racing Program Led by World-Class BMX Pros

Gilbert, Ariz., May 6, 2019 — USA BMX, the world’s largest BMX racing organization, and Woodward, an experiential action sports company, today announced an extended partnership designed to benefit BMX racers of all ages, all around the world. Featured in the partnership will be the expanded BMX Racing program at the Woodward Pennsylvania location now offered during all 12 weeks of camp from June 2 - August 24, 2019. 

This summer’s Woodward Pennsylvania BMX Race Program will feature a state-of-the-art track that will include a pro gate, asphalt turns, audio and lights. The track design, developed in collaboration with USA BMX and track developer Lance Maguire, will allow participants of all ages and skill levels to progress and have fun. Additionally, Woodward/PA will offer open racing at the end of each camp session for camp participants and surrounding USA BMX members and their families.

BMX instructors and VIPs will teach campers everything from bike and gear set-up to gate starts, sprints, turns, and jumps. BMX Racing campers will also have access to ride on Woodward’s dirt jumps, foam box jumps, and resi-landing jumps.
