Been racing for the last 5 yrs., for the second time around ! Raced when I was younger back in the late 70's early 80's ! And by what a difference it is now, tracks are a lot more difficult now !! Remember when you could power slide into a turn and get back on the gas ! What were clip shoes, everybody was on flats in all skill levels !! Over the last couple years I have been racing more races each year, doing more state races, gold cups, and nationals ! I have also been too the Grands twice now ! For anyone that hasn't been, I would suggest going at least once ! It's a fun time and a lot of competition, shows where you stand when you race people from all over the county ! My home track in an old NBL track called Hire Park BMX in Warsaw Indiana ! The people there are so friendly and fun to race with ! The TO does an awesome job at announcing the races, that I think should be doing Nationals !

Just a So Cal BMX'ER who learned to Ride at Legendary Twin Palms in Riverside, CA. Soon started racing at Riverside BMX and Coal Canyon BMX and got hooked. Watched and met many good riders like Mike Haupt, Chris Schoonover, Ryan Vanderveen, Robert "Cuz" Taylor, Mike Rebelo, Bubba Harris, Dwight Tardy, Andre Ellison, Tj Ellis, Gilbert Contreras, Greg Romero, Tanner Sabesta, Todd Lyons, Eric Carter, Barry Nilson and Jason Carnes who are just a few of my favorite riders and Racers. Stopped racing for about 16 years till moving to El Paso, Texas where I found a new home track in Desert Downs BMX. Lots of history there and I'm glad to call it my home track. Been racing four years now and am loving my AWESOME new friends. Eric Watts, Frankie "The Freight Train Teddy Bear" Patterson, Joseph Beck, Mike McKay, Clint Nelms and Rick Guthrie. ¡ BMX4LIFE !

I started my racing career in 1981 as a 12 yr. old novice in North Little Rock, Ar. I progressed quickly to an expert and raced until Aug. 1983. A broken collar bone and a stolen bike knocked me out of racing for the next 35 yrs. I figure I need to exercise more and I might as well have fun doing it. So, I'm back in the saddle and looking forward to the 2018 season. A lot has changed in the sport, but I can't wait for the adventure to begin.

I started in 1984 as a member of NYC RAD DOGS a BMX Freestyle team from NYC. I engineered the first bike park in East coast Mullaly Bike / Wendell Foster park in 1988 and hosted and created the NYC freestyle contest and Preformed in Tristate area. 40 years later I decided to go to My local BMX track and sign up as a Novice BMX racer in the 50 and over class. I love being back into the sport and found new love a new passion to ride again!!! Number 322 / Gold cup 3 and now number 51. This year The Rad Dogs celebrate 40 years in BMX considered BMX number one Team in the USA .
