Coaching nights at Langley BMX
Want to try BMX and not sure how to get started? We offer coaching for beginners almost every Monday during the season. 5:45 to 6:45 and then open practice after $8 Must have membership to participate but we do offfer a FREE ONE day trial membership, just pay the coaching fee. Must have long sleeve shirt, long pants, closed toed shoes and a full face helmet. We have helmets avaiable to borrow for free. We also have free loaner race bikes available ...
