Sponsorship Program for Sand Springs BMX, Inc.
Sand Springs BMX is a “Not for profit with a Certificate of Incorporation with the State of Oklahoma”. We rely entirely upon the generosity of sponsors and entry fees to provide young people with the opportunity to participate in what is one of the greatest individual sports today, Bicycle Motocross Racing.This program is one of our most important fund-raising programs. It allows a sponsor the opportunity to support BMX racing at Sand Spring BMX, Inc. at an affordable level as we help your business gain a new audience and GROW!
There are three levels of annual sponsorship which have been outlined below:
Gold Package: $500.00 Donation
-One (1) Hard sign up to 4.0’ x 8.0’ with a permanent mounting (You provide the sign), we have a source if you need one.
- Two (2) "Your Night at the Races" (single point race). You provide the give-a-ways. “Your night-at the races” will be advertised on our website and Facebook preceding the event.
Silver Package: $350.00 Donation
-One (1) 3.0’ x 5.0’ Banner with your LOGO (provided by you; we have a source if needed) to be displayed at all USA BMX sanctioned races at the track, on the fence along the last straight.
-One (1) "Your Night at the Race" (single point race). You provide the give-a-ways. “Your night-at the race” will be advertised on our website and Facebook preceding the event.
Bronze Package: $175.00 Donation
-Your LOGO or Company Name on a area of a 3.0’x 5.0” banner. Your area on banner will be 18.0” x 30.0”.
- One (1) "Your Night at the Race" (single point race). You provide the give-a-ways. “Your night-at the race” will be advertised on our website and Facebook preceding the event.
