USA BMX apologizes to its Members & Fans
USA BMX is a world-class organization who holds itself to the highest standard in BMX racing; from enforcing the rules of racing to membership services. With that said, I want to apologize to every BMX race fan who had to witness the pro walk-off this past weekend. This entire episode was a miscommunication on our behalf.

USA BMX announces recipients of the Bob Warnicke Scholarship
All of us at USA BMX would like to congratulate the following collegiate members for receiving approval for a BMX scholarship. This year, thanks to USA BMX participants in the Bob Warnicke Scholarship races, we were able to give out $31,000 in scholarships. Proceeds from Bob Warnicke races held at all the local tracks go towards this scholarship fund.

USAC National Championships - Nashville
BMX racers converged on Nashville, Tenn., on Saturday for the right to earn the Stars-and-Stripes jersey at the 2013 USA Cycling Amateur BMX National Championships. Riders from 35 different age categories battled each other and the elements for the right to call themselves the best in the nation in their respective divisions. Even a powerful afternoon storm that moved through the area could not dampen the enthusiasm of the racers.

Nic Long earns his sleeves; Alise Post repeats her USAC Title
Make it three straight elite supercross national titles for Olympian Alise Post (Saint Cloud, Minn./Redline) after she dominated the women's competition on Saturday at the 2013 USA Cycling Elite BMX National Championships in southern California. Fellow 2012 Olympian Nic Long(Lakeside, Calif./Haro Bikes) captured his second national championship and first since 2010 in the men's elite field.
