I have enjoyed BMX racing since 2018, watching my 13-year-old son, Zahne excel through ranks up to Expert. I then began racing in 2022. Some highlights include placing 2nd and 3rd at the Salt Lake Nationals in 2022 and making podiums at the Montana State Finals in 2022 & 2023. My home track, Electric City BMX in Great Falls MT, is only 116 miles from home and our second home track, Gallatin Valley BMX in Bozeman is just 306 miles away.
In 2024, my son and I have decided to pursue the NW Gold Cup and continue racing for the Montana state championship in our respective classes. But what is more special than any of the success we have had on the track is the time we have shared making lifelong memories. Taking a gate with my son in practice is priceless and is simply my favorite part of racing. I can't think of another sport where the whole family can participate. I treasure the friendships I have made in the last 6 years in BMX and especially the ones I race alongside. The camaraderie makes it fun despite how you finish.
My goals include winning the Montana state and NW Gold Cup finals, a national race, and just continuing to work myself up to expert level. SEE YOU AT THE TRACK!
