• Description: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED to help man booth at Thunder Over Evans (Location 7016 Evans Town Center Park, Evans GA) The CSRA's celebration of Armed Forces Day - it's free to the public. Featuring an extreme firework show that is one of the largest displays in the southeastern US and unlike any show you've ever seen.. Your Track will have a booth at the Thunder Over Evans Event. This is a wonderful event, and a great opportunity to spread the word about BMX and your home track (handling out flyers and talking to the public). Details below ***Booth will run from 11am to about 7pm. Shift #1 - 10:30am to 2pm (Sarah & Tim Set Up) Shift #2 - 1:30pm to 5pm Shift #3 - 4:30pm to 7:30pm (Richard Joyner Break Down) Any and all Volunteers are welcome!!!! ****If you can'r fill a whole shift but can offer some volunteer time. It would be greatly appreciated. Shift Schedules are a guideline make to sure table stays manned, but everyone gets to have time to run around and enjoy the Event. NOTE: Sorry to say NO riding of bikes allowed due to liability reasons. Bikes will be for display only. Please make sure all Kiddos know.
