Absolutely no stopping on the track REQUIRED: Pre-registration prior to 6pm online or in the window 6-6:30 Valid USA BMX Membership Attire-Full face helmets, long sleeves and long pants on all athletes NEWS AND NOTES: All athletes with bikes (including balance bikes) must pay $6 to practice and have a valid USA BMX Membership card.
