Booking Outside the Group Dates:
The group rate shall be offered for a period of two (2) days before and two (2) days after the indicated group dates to accommodate those who wish to extend their stay.
Cutoff Date:
Group rate is available for booking until 08/17/19. After this date, all unreserved rooms will be released to the general inventory. Reservations may still be accepted, based upon availability and at the prevailing hotel rates.
Cancellation Policy:
Group discounted rate is based on the group's commitment to pick up at least 60% of the daily contracted count. Any cancellation, early departure, or no-show may result in attrition or cancellation fees as outlined in the contract. Any cancellation or no-show made with 24 hours of the arrival date shall entail a charge of 100% of the cost of the canceled rooms and services.Fee: $12.00 USD
